Nursing managers' strategies for reducing interpersonal and interprofessional conflicts in the Covid-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge for all parties and needs fast, precise integrated response. Nurses as the frontline are people most at risk of contracting this disease. Changes in aspects require that nurses can collaborate with other interprofessional teams makes vulnerable to pressure stress lead conflict. role nursing managers creating conducive work atmosphere preventing conflicts needed. This study used literature reviews through ScienceDirect online database, SAGE journals, Wiley Online Library sources, which aims analyze strategy nurse era pandemic. results show providing education on control prevention infection, supervision, improving effective communication information technology, optimizing workflows, standards, support implementing crisis management strategies be by managers. Assertiveness conflict prevent era. Each profession communicate positively teams, accept each carry out professional responsibility making decisions about patients.
